### California Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 slice of bread, toasted

Instructions:

  1. Combine the avocado, red onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, and lime juice in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Spread the avocado mixture on the toasted bread.
  3. Serve immediately.

### Hawaiian Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of sushi-grade tuna, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup of sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 cup of cooked sushi rice
  • 1/2 cup of sliced avocado
